What is EvoFlow Engine? Auto-List on Meesho and Flipkart with AI (2026 Guide)
EvoFlow Engine turns product photos into a filled Meesho or Flipkart listing with AI Auto Fire. Learn how it works, what it fills, plans and pricing, and how to start free.
If you sell on Meesho or Flipkart, you already know where the hours go. Not into finding the product, not into pricing it, but into typing it. The same title, the same GST rate, the same HSN code, the same weight and size, retyped into a different form on every panel and for every variation. EvoFlow Engine is built to remove that part of the job.
This guide explains what EvoFlow Engine is, how its Auto Fire feature turns product photos into a filled listing, what it does and does not do on your behalf, and which plan fits which kind of seller.
What is EvoFlow Engine?
EvoFlow Engine is the listing automation module inside Evolution Edge, the Windows desktop browser that EvolutionEcom builds for Indian e-commerce sellers. It fills your marketplace seller panel for you: you add product photos, AI fills the listing fields, you review them, and EvoFlow fills the panel you are already logged into. Meesho and Flipkart are supported today; the Amazon and Snapdeal panels are already built and will switch on in a coming release.
There is no developer account to register and no Meesho or Flipkart API access to request. EvoFlow works through your own logged-in seller panel, exactly the way you would work by hand, only faster.
The problem it solves
- The same product, four times. Every marketplace wants the same title, price, GST and HSN, but in a different form with different field names.
- Category fields nobody hardcodes. A mixer grinder and a t-shirt share almost no fields. A generic form quietly drops half of them, and the listing gets rejected or ranks badly.
- Typing is the slow part. A catalogue is not hard to build. Retyping it forty times is.
How Auto Fire works, step by step
- Add up to 4 photos. Drop your product shots into EvoFlow. They are resized on your own computer before anything leaves it.
- Press Auto Fire. AI reads the photos and fills the title, brand, category and sub-category, description, MRP, selling price, stock, SKU, GST %, HSN code, net weight and size.
- Review and adjust. Every field stays editable. Dropdown fields are matched to the marketplace's own options, and price problems are flagged before you run.
- Fill the panel. One click fills your seller panel, or hand the listing to Meesho Flow and watch it run with a progress bar you can pause or cancel.
Auto Fire never fills image URLs, and on a captured listing it fills only the fields that are empty, so nothing you typed yourself gets overwritten.
Features that save the most time
Capture a live listing
Pull an existing listing straight off your Meesho supplier panel, with its real, category-specific fields. Fix what you want, add variations, and send it back. Nothing is hardcoded and nothing is dropped.
Variations with one image each
Meesho copies Product 1's details across the catalogue, so in EvoFlow each variation only needs its own photo.
New listing, same category
Start the next product in the same category half-done: EvoFlow keeps the category, GST and HSN and clears the rest.
Bulk copies
Run several copies of a listing in one go, with titles and descriptions generated so that the copies do not come out identical. The number of copies per run depends on your plan.
Shipping Optimization
Set the shipping window you are willing to accept on a slider, for example ₹55 to ₹90, and press Generate. EvoFlow works through variants and keeps only the ones whose shipping charge lands inside your range, with the best one marked. On Meesho, where the shipping charge can decide whether a product makes money at all, this alone can change your margins.
Carry a listing anywhere
Export a listing to a file and import it on another computer, exactly where you left it.
You stay in control
- You approve every listing. Auto Fire fills the form. It never presses the submit button for you.
- Photos are shrunk before they are sent. Resizing happens on your device and the full-resolution file stays with you. Photos are sent for analysis only when you press Auto Fire.
- Keys stay on your machine. Where a marketplace does need API keys (Amazon, when it switches on), they are encrypted by your operating system's keychain and never shown again.
EvoFlow Engine plans and pricing
There is a Free plan to try it, and paid plans for sellers who list every day. Plans as of October 2026 (monthly price; 6-month and 12-month terms are cheaper per month):
| Plan | Price | Auto Fire runs / month | Listings / month | Devices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | 3 | 3 | 1 |
| Startup | ₹199 / month | 10 | 10 | 1 |
| Business | ₹299 / month | 60 | 100 | 1 |
| Business Premium | ₹599 / month | 100 | Unlimited | 1 |
| Business Bonanza | ₹1,199 / month | 100 | Unlimited | 2 |
Prices and allowances can change, so always check the live comparison table on the EvoFlow Engine page. Allowances reset every month. Buying happens on the website, never inside the app: pay once on evolutionecom.in, open Evolution Edge, and it picks up your plan automatically.
Who should use EvoFlow Engine?
- Meesho suppliers with large catalogues who add new designs every week and lose hours to variations.
- Flipkart sellers tired of hunting for the right category fields and HSN codes.
- Sellers on both platforms who list the same product twice and want to type it once.
- Agencies and catalogue operators who run listings for several brands from one desktop.
How to get started
- Create a free account on EvolutionEcom.
- Go to the EvoFlow Engine page and press Enroll now on the Free plan.
- Download Evolution Edge for Windows 10/11 and sign in.
- Open EvoFlow, add photos of one product and press Auto Fire.
Does EvoFlow Engine post the listing by itself?
No. It fills the form and you review the fields and press the button. That keeps every listing under your control and within each marketplace's rules.
Do I need Meesho or Flipkart API access to use EvoFlow?
No. EvoFlow fills the seller panel you are already logged into. Only Amazon, which is still coming, will use your own API keys.
Which operating system does EvoFlow Engine run on?
EvoFlow is a module inside Evolution Edge, which is a Windows desktop app (Windows 10 and 11).
