• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• One mobile number can only be registered with one account

• We offer Free, Basic (₹299/month), and Pro (₹799/month) subscription plans
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree payment gateway
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• No refunds for partial months unless covered by our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

• Use our AI tools only for legitimate ecommerce business purposes
• Access marketplace APIs only with proper authorization from those platforms
• Generate content that complies with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho policies
• Use the platform for your own business — not for reselling our services
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and marketplace guidelines
• Maintain accurate business information in your profile at all times

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security
• Using our tools to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
• Sharing account access with unauthorized users or competitors
• Scraping, copying, or reproducing our platform content without permission
• Using our services to violate marketplace terms of Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho
• Attempting to overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
• Using our AI tools for any illegal or unethical business practices

• All AI tools, algorithms, and platform code are owned by Evolution Ecommerce
• Content generated by our AI tools is licensed to you for business use
• You retain ownership of your business data and marketplace listings
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models
• You must not claim our AI tools as your own proprietary technology
• Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without permission

• Your use of our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You are responsible for the data you upload or connect to our platform
• We are not responsible for data breaches caused by your negligence

• Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for losses resulting from marketplace policy changes
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We do not guarantee specific sales results from using our AI tools

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice
• Upon termination, access to paid features will stop immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination
• Outstanding payments remain due even after account termination
• Provisions regarding liability and IP survive termination

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to Indian arbitration laws
• Jurisdiction for all legal matters is Vasai, Maharashtra, India
• You agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• Class action lawsuits against Evolution Ecommerce are not permitted
• These terms are governed by and construed under Indian law
