All payments made for EvolutionEcom subscriptions โ€” including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans โ€” are strictly non-refundable.

Once a subscription is purchased and payment is confirmed, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all plans: Starter, Growth, and Pro.

No Cancellation Refunds

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle โ€” your account will not be charged for the next cycle.

No Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons:

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time. The difference in price will be charged immediately and a new billing cycle will begin.

Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the price difference of the current cycle.

Service Disruptions

EvolutionEcom strives for 99%+ uptime. In the rare event of extended service disruption caused solely by our platform (not third-party services or APIs), we may at our sole discretion offer a subscription extension โ€” not a monetary refund.

Scheduled maintenance windows and brief outages do not qualify as service disruptions.
