1. General Conduct

2. 2No hate speech, racism, religious discrimination, or targeted harassment of any kind.
3. 3Personal attacks, insults, and name-calling are strictly prohibited.
4. 4Keep discussions professional and constructive — disagree with ideas, not people.
5. 5Do not threaten, intimidate, or coerce any member, directly or indirectly.
6. 6Welcome new members and help them navigate the community positively.

2. Content Standards

1. 1Share only accurate, verified information. Spreading false marketplace policy claims is a serious violation.
2. 2Cite your sources when sharing data, statistics, or marketplace fee structures.
3. 3No adult content, explicit imagery, or material inappropriate for a professional business forum.
4. 4Do not post copyrighted content without proper attribution or permission.
5. 5Threads must be relevant to ecommerce, business, or related topics — off-topic posts will be removed.
6. 6Use descriptive thread titles so members can find relevant content easily.

3. Spam & Self-Promotion

1. 1No repetitive posting of the same content across multiple threads or categories.
2. 2Self-promotion, product advertisements, and service pitches are only allowed in designated threads.
3. 3Do not post links to competitor platforms, tools, or services that directly compete with EvolutionEcom.
4. 4Maximum one promotional post per week per member in approved promotional sections.
5. 5Affiliate links and referral codes must be clearly disclosed as such.
6. 6Unsolicited direct messages (DMs) for marketing purposes are not permitted.

4. Buy & Sell Rules

1. 1All listings must clearly describe the product condition, price, and any known defects.
2. 2No selling counterfeit products, pirated software, or items banned by Indian law.
3. 3Honor all agreed deals — backing out without valid reason is a community violation.
4. 4Do not misrepresent product quality, quantity, or specifications in your listings.
5. 5Disputes between buyers and sellers must be reported to moderators with evidence.
6. 6EvolutionEcom is not responsible for transactions conducted between members — transact with caution.

5. Expert & Moderator Standards

1. 1Experts and moderators must remain impartial and fair in all community interactions.
2. 2Moderators must not use their position to promote personal interests or businesses.
3. 3Expert advice must be based on genuine experience — do not claim expertise you do not have.
4. 4Moderators must disclose any conflict of interest before making moderation decisions.
5. 5Abuse of moderator powers will result in immediate demotion and account review.
6. 6All moderation actions must be documented and are subject to admin review.

6. Privacy & Safety

1. 1Never share another member's personal information publicly without their explicit consent.
2. 2Do not screenshot and redistribute private conversations without permission.
3. 3Protect your own account credentials — never share your password with anyone.
4. 4Do not post phishing links, malware, or any content designed to compromise security.
5. 5Report suspicious behavior or links to moderators immediately.
6. 6Do not share your marketplace seller account credentials or business PAN/GST details in posts.

7. Account Rules

1. 1One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans is strictly prohibited.
2. 2Account sharing with other individuals is not allowed.
3. 3Do not impersonate other members, brands, marketplace officials, or EvolutionEcom staff.
4. 4Suspended or banned accounts may not create new accounts under any circumstances.
5. 5Account names must not be offensive, misleading, or violate any trademark.
6. 6If you change your business, update your profile — outdated information can mislead community members.

8. Intellectual Property

1. 1Do not reproduce or republish full articles, guides, or research without the original author's permission.
2. 2Content you post in the forum remains yours, but you grant EvolutionEcom a license to display it.
3. 3Report any suspected copyright infringement to [email protected] with evidence.
4. 4Tutorials and educational content inspired by others must include attribution.
5. 5Strategies and business ideas shared in the forum are not patented — use them at your own risk.
6. 6EvolutionEcom's brand, logo, and platform content may not be replicated or redistributed.

9. Penalties & Enforcement

1. 1Level 1 — Warning: First-time minor violations receive a formal warning with explanation.
2. 2Level 2 — Post Removal: Content that violates guidelines is removed with a reason provided to the author.
3. 3Level 3 — Temporary Suspension: Repeat violations result in a 7–30 day account suspension.
4. 4Level 4 — Permanent Ban: Severe or repeat violations result in permanent removal from the community.
5. 5Severity is determined by moderators and admins — decisions are based on context and impact.
6. 6Members may appeal suspension decisions by emailing [email protected] within 7 days.

10. Reporting Violations

1. 1Use the report function on any post or thread to flag content that violates these rules.
2. 2Contact moderators directly via the forum messaging system for urgent issues.
3. 3Email [email protected] for account-level violations or ban appeals.
4. 4Provide as much evidence as possible when reporting — screenshots, links, usernames.
5. 5False reporting to harass other members is itself a violation and will result in penalty.
6. 6All reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Complex cases may take longer.
